You will NOT find :23 anywhere, it is not released. The current version is :22 and it is on the DLS. If N3V have corrupted the config file with ;23 you will need to open the config for edit and change ;23 TO ; 22

I stopped to soon the current version is on the DLS <kuid2:276266:100460:22> EMD GP40-2 Cab. I have noticed Trainz sometimes invents incorrect kuid versions and it can be very time consuming trying to find the correct one.

I have TRS19 117009, and it has had that "feature" since it was released, I did send N3V a ticket at the time and they told me it was known but had no impact on the performance or function of TRS19. I suspect that is why the situation has not changed.
