It's nice that Trainz is getting an Ipad app...but where's the Ipod/IPhone app???

I'm a total novice to Trainz and I'm trying to download my first new layout from the D/L Station. I was able to d/l and install the assets needed but when I tried to open the layout file (Tennessee East) I get an error message "Package Manager - Read - Not an Archive File and then nothing shows...
