    Why do i see this Payware Asset in the DLS?

    Hi, i was just accessing T:ANE and went to the DLS but smth caught my eye, a JointedRail Payware CN C40-8 just there in the DLS completely FREE, The CN C40-8 when in JR costs 6$ but wondering why its in the DLS at first, i saw other assets and saw a CSX C40-8W but it isnt available at the moment...
