I purchased TS2009 some time ago but only recently installed on my PC. When I opened Content Manager v2.0, I noticed it is missing 1. Tool Bar 2. Ticket Status Bar 3. Network Speed Bar The don't appear in the menu when I click on View and can't seem to 'uncover' them anywhere. Can anyone help...

For some reason, I haven't had an update of the Asset Database for the DLS in CMP since 1 November 2008. I'm running TRS2006, I've checked all my settings and nothing has changed. I keep getting the message "Updating the Trainz Asset Database. Please wait...", so I wait, sometimes for hours, but...
