Is a track set on priority 1 the highest while a track set on priority 3 the lowest? Or is it the other way around? I notice in trainz you can set track priorities but it doesn't tell you which is the highest priority.

What are some good industries that are available for download to Trainz 12? I don't if many among us here have ever played the Railroad Tycoon series but it had numerous industries that had to be supplied and produced a certain amount of cargo i.e. Grain Silo > Demands: Fertilizer, Produces...
