This is a strange one, can't find it on the DLS however downloading the 3 DG DSPP cliff west alpine assets pulled it in as a third party, suggest delete them run a Database repair then re download and it should pull it in. Just tried that here and it worked.

It's a 3.8 route which means it's 99.999% likely to be an an Android or Iphone route, Big clue is Screenshot on it's side and no scenery, typical Mobile Phone / Tablet screenshot. Missing stuff will be builtins on the gadgets not available for proper Computers.

V5 speedtrees which do not work in TANE or TRS19 which is V6. Not faulty just no longer compatible with current Trainz versions.
