I joined the Trainz community in November 2001, prior to its release. I received my first copy, Trainz CE (Community Edition) on 2001-12-24 and have been building and creating ever since.
I grew up watching Chessie run on the B&O's Toledo Division north of Cincinnati, Ohio.
My username comes from the desire to proto-freelance while discovering that a perfect candidate exists in the Cincinnati Southern Railway (CNSR). It was built and is STILL owned by the City of Cincinnati. Norfolk Southern pays $8 million in annual rental to the city to operate the line (under the Cincinnati New Orleans & Texas Pacific Railway as an operating company).
