flamerailzzz stuff is super good and your reasoning for not using his stuff is very silly. corporations do not care about you, stop caring about them and download the funny trains if you want them
that doesn't in any way prove that i'm wrong; those GS2s are many years old at this point and it's entirely possible DT is simply redoing them from the ground up. you find me another locomotive with a 4-8-4 arrangement, boxpok wheels, and that exact trailing truck and i'll gladly shut up.
TKI asks for a small sum to support a single developer providing a useful service, and people refuse to pay. trainz moves to a subscription model because its devs want more of your money for glorified betatesting, and people break out their wallets. sad to see TKI go.
Star Trek: The Next Generation, Episode 7x23, "Emergence". most of the episode takes place within the holodeck, specifically on a mockup of the orient express, as the ship's computer seems to develop its own intelligence and consciousness. pretty good episode!
the majority of fixed tracks worked fine up to T:ANE SP1, which broke them (among many other things). T:ANE SP2 fixed them to a degree, then T:ANE SP3 actually fixed them for real. the ones i use still work fine in TRS22 SP1 using surveyor 1.0.
the S&D is looking great so far, the day this releases is gonna be an absolute festival with how excited i am for it. here's hoping it leads to updated stock as well, we could really use some newer models to run on it!
a console trainz will likely just be an equivalent to that old "trainz driver" mobile game, or at least god i hope that's what they do. otherwise i can't wait to see the DLS get flooded with even more disgusting mobile-style shovelware routes
