My copy of Trainz2009 is version 3 (Build 38411). Is this latest version?

I've been searching for US 2-8-2 downloads. The Download Station has many versions, but all of them seem to be missing several kuids. As a consequence they don't appear in RAILYARD. Does anyone know of 'clean' versions for downloading via Content Manager?
