Their is a guy named "maxwerks" on the DLS who made the "Stockton Subdivisions" route. He made a route called Modesto & Empire. I own the route. (WARNING: The route is pretty outdated with a bunch of old Trainz 12 stuff, so you will have to replace with more modern stuff if you want.)

I tried that one and it wasn't complete texture wise. There were a lot of baseplate textures still.

I found some of the lost payware crossings that are not accessible anymore.

The part that is illegal in this pack is that some of the payware crossings managed to get onto NARM Trainz's dependency pack.
