No one is arguing about the NVME......but looking at his system, the weak link right now is that GPU.....it is too slow and little RAM to go along with the speed. If you were to pick the ONE thing that will give him the biggest bang for the buck, it would be a new GPU.

He has a 600 watt PSU now....that should be fine. Extra cooling will probably help only if the GPU gets too hot. I have an RTX 2070, 3070, and 4080 12G. I like to run with it locked at 60 FPS. The 2070 cannot do this. The 3070 will, but creates blast furnace type heat. The 4080 doesn't...

There a lot of things that will help.....the question is how much better will I be after? The GPU is going to give you the biggest bang for the money. Start there.

Your Ryzen 5 is a weak spot, but your graphics card is what is really hurting you at the moment. That is where I would start. Your RAM is fine.

The RTX 5070 will help a great deal. You 4G GPU is definitely a problem. What processor are you running? How much RAM do you have?

A monitor with a higher refresh rate is not going to hep you at all......it is only capable of displaying what the machine sends to it. A bigger power supply is not going to help either. You didn't 128G would be overkill. 64G or even 32G would be plenty.

I do this maybe once a month or so.....usually have a few things to take care of. I ran it today: 33 errors and 14,682 warnings. What in the world do I do now except delete the entire program and find something better/easier to use somewhere else? Understand that Trainz is the ONLY program...

Where do I find this library? Since TRS2017, I always just went to the DLC and got what I wanted. And it worked. See an item, d-l it, use it. Now I need a library??

For my search on the download center, I just typed "treez" and then d-led just about all of them. Libraries? I have no idea what you are asking....sorry.

So, I downloaded a bunch of them only to find out that I couldn't use any of them...errors and missing dependencies. What did I miss?
