The phantom three truck shay locomotive is seen in a lightning flash on the Crest Knob trestle.

Normart,

Ctrl+H gets rid of the junction arrows & names; or you can press F5 to get rid of all HUDs, for taking screenshots.

@Shaynut, that is a brilliant shot.

Matt.

Thanks. It's just as hard to capture a lightning flash in trainz as it is in real life.;)

Thanks all for the responses. (Of course I ended up doing something completely different. :hehe: )

While looking for Christmas trains, rolling stock, and routes I stumbled upon bnsf50's collection. He's apparently been working on these since at least 2002. I think I have them all here, a SD40 hauling 4 tankers, 3 hoppers, and 13 box cars, followed up by the caboose. All in Christmas regalia.

So... a merry bnsf50 Christmaz to you all.

In the snow with some SD45T's, GP40-2, and a SD45. Westbound with empty coal hoppers and some loaded TOFC and boxcars.

Can we just make it bridges? There aren't a lot of moving bridges on the DLS and I'm worried it'll just be all the same shots

Jamie

I disagree, bridges is just too wide open. While tracking down routes with moving bridges will be a pain it's a great excuse to download and explore more routes. :hehe:

(Note that my entry above happens to include a moving bridge, entirely coincidental.)

Normhart,

Thank you for the wonderful picture of my Christmas Cars. I was wondering if anyone still used them. I have updated them to 10's standards if anyone wants me to upload them. I have not been into Trainz for some time and have not made any new cars in quite awhile. Clem is still working on Trainz projects.

I counted you cars and you have 22 of the Christmas collection but there is really 27 of them. There is 1 engine, 5 tank cars, 3 hoppers, 16 boxcars, 1 reefer and 1 caboose.

Thanks again,

Linda

Oh, yes, please consider uploading the modernized cars, Linda. Many of your cars are works of art and shouldn't be forgotten.

I've been working my way through all the Trainz Christmas content, there is some very special stuff (and some pretty weird stuff too). Lots of missing assets but some are so cool.

Thank You!

(Hum, I'm missing 1 tank car, 1 reefer and 3 boxcars??? Hmmmm.)

The hunt will have to wait, I'm on my way to the North Pole courtesy of jahgandree!
