i purchased trainz 2010 from here a little while ago. I had really liked trainz 2004 SE. when i installed the program, everything went fine no error messages. When I ran it for the first time it popped up with the checking for bad files thing, which i was not supprised about, so i let it run. When i went into surveyor, i switched to the texture thing. I noticed that a bunch of the textures were tinted red and in thee bottom corner was a red !. i knew i could look at the stuff in the data manager, so i opened it up. After it was done populating, about 94%(yes i calculated it) had the corrupt icon. When i clicked on a few and looked at the stuff u can look at about it, i found no explanation as to why they were corrupt. After looking through a few, i noticed that after i had clicked them, a few no longer had the corrupt icon, again with no explanation. i then told the thing to "fix" the files, and it went and did whatever it does, and then told me what it fixed. It was not all of it, but it did fix a bunch of the stuff that was "corrupt". The fact that this is happening, is ticking me off. Does anyone have any type of answer or suggestion?
