Copy Commands Rule

This excellent and useful rule by Brummfondel worked fine in TRS'04 but I have not been able to get it to work in TRS'06 despite downloading it several times.

Each time I attempt to include it in a Drivers schedule I get the following message:

Is anyone else having this problem? And can anyone please help me?
