Hi boleamj,

Well, unfortunately the country with the most exciting routes and trains is nearly nonexistant in Trainz.

I have the JR500 Shinkansen but it's nearly useless without an layout in japan style.

Really great is the Densha de go! Series from Taito for the PS1 and PS2.
These layouts with the same content in Trainz would be fantastic.

greets luzi

Arrow I have two layouts.

Not exactly the stunning super-speed routes you're looking for, but I did the Minato Railway in Ibaraki, near Hitachi-naka (In fact it includes the stop to service the Hitachi factory). It's a little low speed diesel line run by the Ibaraki Kotsu bus company. You'll see a recommendation for a Czech rail car from Trainzpedro, needed if you get the session.
I also did the Kobe Portliner, a New Transit guideway system which looks good with the German Desiros.
Do a search under my user name if you're interested.
There are no actual Shinkansen routes yet, but there is a TGV route that should be fine with the bullet trains.

Thanks Claude I just have started like I said a little section of the rote Shinjuku-Hakone Yumoto, in concrete Shinjuku to Yoyogi Uheara (I thinks it says like this I need some real photos, so, (to all) If someone has photos please post them.

Thanks again

Edited: Really I´m looking for a Japan route with electric air wires. I have those routes that you mentioned, they´re pretty good I say this because I have an electric japanese train, the Kuha Moha 113. But in fact I would preffer having a series 2000, 7000 or series 30000.

Thanks again

Default yoyogi uehara!?!

I went there many times, what type of photos are looking for?, i have some somewhere of the Chiyoda line siding, also its next to Tokyo's only mosque (im not a muslim) but thats an important detail.
also if i have a full (very high detail) poster map of tokyo subway, i "borrowed" it from yoyogi station last year, im crap at making content for trainz but i could email you a high res image of the subway map for you to use.
You could do the Keio line from yoyogi Uehara to their terminus at Shibuya, if you really want a polygon challenge, do Hachiko square, with all the train lines included.

I like it very much, thank you.
I didn't list it above because I hadn't built it back then.
Has anyone else built a Japanese route?

I started one, but never got anywhere with it. maybe I'll look back into it when I get my laptop back. onething it needed though was some of kenichiro's cantanery with out the track attached, so I could do crossovers and such.

It's not that bad. I made it through the first 3 stations. Someday I hope to reach Goi. I wish I could just drive and not worry too much about being 3mm out of position or 2 seconds late. I feel sorry for the drivers of the real trains who play this game for a living.
