Check out the industries by jslbm 122938, they are very good indeed, one produces brick clay and another comsumes bricks, just what you're looking for I think.
The trouble with MIN's is that they don't display the products. With a little effort it's possible to add more products to existing industries by way of the config text. If the attachment points are in the wrong place use PEV's amazing attachment maker to create a new attachment mesh .... but please do read the instructions first!
