Update on my new route

Hello all,

Since screenshots have been posted updating layout progress, I figured it was my turn. Those of you who have seen some of my previous shots and postings will remember my mentioning possibly using a monorail and building a rather large city.

Further plans for the city will include a HUGE railyard, more passenger stations, possibly a Maglev system for inter-city travel, and a few more industries before setting up another longhaul and maybe a riverside pass (I think I'm creating a MONSTER). As always, opinions and comments welcomed.

Nice, not alot of monorail routes out there...

I forgot to add these shots to the mix. At the suggestion of some experienced route builders, I added some grass and landscaping to part of the route. I agree that it makes it look more realistic.

This is a plastics factory. I haven't decided yet, but I'm thinking that this small town will be the main supply town for the auto factory I'm planning on building.

Pulling out of the factory and heading to the main yard to be picked up by class 1 locomotives.







This final shot shows the diesel locomotive refueling facility. I added tanks and a few other minor things to make it look a lot more realistic. What do you think?
