The easiest thing to use is the Multiple Industry New. It just places a small piece of track onto your map. It has a red arrow on each end. You can hook up any standard gauge track to each end. Configuring this is a little complicated. After you have put the industry onto your map, click the ? mark icon and click on the track. The properties will come up. Here you can name your industry. (It comes up with Multiple Industry New 1). Just highlight this and change it to whatever you like.
There are four tabs here, Queues,Tracks, Processes and Products. There is a description for each item. The most important one is the Products item. Make sure that you have included the item you want (Aluminun and coke) and make sure you have chosen what kind of car will haul that item.
That should get you going. Post back if you have problems.
Inside you will find three documents in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format:
1. Detailed maps for IndustRail 2.
2. How to drive in Cab Mode.
3. Configuring LARS, ProtoLARS, Multiple Industry New and freight cars.
Ignore the first two documents; the third you will find useful.
Thanks for your quick reply's.I am on the right track now.If only I could get off this game, and do some of the work around the house,my wife keeps yelling about.
