Yes i'd like to see it in Trainz
Dare i say it... it looks a bit like a C38 oh and the engine is a Ja class
No more 3801 jokes make fun of 3813 instead after all 3813 has been in pieces since 1974

I thought I read somewhere that the NZR put that bullet-nose looking thing on some of the Ja's as streamlining, but then again I could be wrong.

Great shots, all! :Y: When I said "keep 'em coming!", I sure got results: 37 submissions this week so far! I'll close submissions tomorrow; I was out for much of today. Submissions will stay open until I close them tomorrow.

Gee, thanks :n:... maybe time to stop posting shots... I never finish whats in them anyway...

Stevo, I think your shots are great. The foliage in your shots is well done. Your submission this week is nice with the weathering turned down, but still enough to give the impression of an old photo. Perhaps sometime you could experiment with adding a very slight blur to the screenshot before adding the weathering, or converting the screenshot to grayscale/black and white, either with or without sepia toning. Just some ideas for further "old photo" image manipulations. :)

I get the impression from your shots that their setting is out in the forest. If so, then perhaps you could plant some background forest, adding extra baseboard(s) if necessary to accomidate the extra trees. Currently it does not look like there is much of any background forest to the sides of the track, so perhaps if you add such forest, it would look really nice. Just a friendly suggestion. :)

Max, that looks awesome.

Here is my entry

<snip>

That's a great shot that would look better if those billboard trees didn't look so bad. You appear to be using TS12; perhaps you could try turning down the antialiasing setting to the minimum (2, I believe), if it is not already set to the minimum, to see if that would improve the look of those trees? Just a thought. :)

Regards,

Zachary.

Awesome. I turned down the antialiasing to 2 and the trees are back to normal again.

You're a genius mate. Allow me to re-submit (with my fixed trees :))
