Better looking junctions

Hi;
Is there a way to make junctions look better, ie; ties / sleepers that do not overlap when you create the junction.
I'm looking at using rails only, then laying my own ties for the junctions, but having trouble finding on DLS.

Andi Smiths junction kit? (Author = "Andi06" on the DLS) - Animated junctions with frogs and check rails etc. Matches several different track types - use (?) button. Works in 2004 (I think), 2006 and later Only problem may be it's UK prototype.

I have used the JK junction kit. It is a very good looking junction, but I have trouble getting junctions to lay flat, since some of them are on grade of up to 2%.
I would like them even better if I could change the ties to match the track I am using.

I may replace some of my more visible junctions with the JK later, when my route is nearly complete, and I am sure I will not change the grade of the track.
