It's pretty much immediate, check your spam or junk mail folders.
Did you get a confirmation email from PayPal, assuming you are set up for that, acknowledging a payment? If so, check under "My Downloadable Products" under "My Account" on the JR Page. I've never had more than a 1-2 min delay after ordering, but all products I've purchased since the site rebuild are there.

@slave-driver how did you get the front cab door open on your dash 9? I have tried everything I know but I cannot seem to get it to work.

Ctrl+Right mouse button on the Dash9 should bring up this window.
Scroll down just a little and use your mouse to adjust it.

Hey Jointedrail I have downloaded the freeware midwest grain route off your site but it loads into Content Manager but it does not show up in the game. Please can you help me.
Is it possible your still missing some dependencies? This could be part of the reason as all are NOT included with the route itself.

That is why im saying you may be missing dependencies. This same issue happens with other content so it may happen with routes as well. You may also just have your favorites turned on and that could also be another reason why its not showing.
