help with file access error needed

hi mates

i keep getting this same eror over and over with the kolej gase texture library
i've run it through assest_x and ccp
no good with either
i even tried to rename the main file in the config
still no go

please see pic below

it needs to go into 2010EE
this is a dependency for the brisbane valley line
other people seem to have no dramas,
but as usual i do

any help with this would be greatly appreciated

Has it got a line in the config with permit-commit=0, if so change the number to 1.

I get this problem, and there are some things that work for me and might be worth checking:

1. Just re-commit.
2. Make sure your drive is not full, as this may prevent changes due to limited access.
3. You mentioned it was a texture library. I'd try making sure all the textures are .tga images, and if not, change them in an image editing program, and make sure to change the relevant .txt file too.
4. Once I had a model with the config file being config.chump, not config.txt, this might be worth checking.

And if none of the above works, then I hope someone else will be able to help you more than I have.

Make sure that the file in Editing is not open or selected. That is what causes it for me.

Also have you closed AssetX before attempting to commit using CM.

Could the problem be in the positioning of the curly brackets ?
I don't think having the text in front of them is right, I think they should be
more like this example .................

i was able to stop of at home and try
still no luck.
its some setting in the config file.
see pic

could somebody sent me the config file please
that should work

i even uninstalled and reinstalled
still the same though
the cdp might be faulty
