You might want to look at this stuff here:

as this will assist you in creating a new engine sound which you can then assign to your locomotive.
I recommend looking at an existing one, clone it and use its format for your own. There are also considerations to take into account for sound file playback formats. Again using Audacity, view the setup for an existing engine sound and duplicate its format, otherwise, there will be errors.

I've checked out all stuff you sent me through link.
I readout all about Enginesound but I need a link for GEVO Sound to Download it first,then clone it using Audacity.
Could you suggest me website or link to download GEVO Sound?

Sorry I can't help you with the engine sound its self. You might be able to catch one off of YouTube, but then that's not going to be the best audio. I would go record one for you, but we don't have an GEVOs up here where I live. We're lucky to have old SD40-2s, and GP9s, beside it's -14C outside today and the rest of the week.

Amazing Roaring Sound ever made in Trainz.
Only a minor improvement is needed..!!!!
On increasing Throttle Lever Roaring increases but there is another sound (pronounced as:yyyyoooooooowww) that must increase with Throttle.
This will clear in following Links:
