Problems with ProtoClinchfield

Just installed 'ProtoClinchfield (Elkhorn Ext)', and I have a problem: I open the route in Surveyor, and there's nothing there, no baseboards, no grids, no textures, no track, no nothing. There's no missing dependencies, I don't know what's going on. Can someone help me out?

Open the route for edit and view in explorer. Check that the route files are named mapfile.trk mapfile.obs etc. If they have the name of the route as a filename, rename them all to mapfile.??? submit edits then it should open. This has worked very well for me recently.

After renaming all the files mapfile, I end up with two files named 'mapfile.bmk'. What should I do about this?

If you didn't rename extensions as well, I would first try running as is, if that doesn't work then suggest moving one to the desktop and trying to start route. There's usually only one of each file extension.
