Seeking Prowler's K-27 Whistle for Mallet

I am trying to get a working Mallett would like the 2-6-6-2 but will settle for a 2-8-8-2 and almost have all for a new one Feb 2016 date by sapper but he wants the K-27 Whistle from Prowler and the library says it isnt there

can anyone help? this is for the Rolilns Pass 2015 and for doing testing and content creation..they used the Mallets for the freight...but having a tough time to get one to show up in 2012... wanted to try Neal's but engine wont show up in Railyard....maybe it will in TANE but if it wont in 2012 was worried it might not in TANE either..

anyway here is the spec on the whistle...if anyone knows where to find it thanks in advance

Looking at that information it's a TS2010 built-in asset but should be available via Content Manager in TS12 and T:ANE.

It is for TS2010 but it may not be in later versions. However TS12 and T:ANE should be able to download that version through Content Manager.
