Good morning everyone, I will be making some more progress on the route later today hopefully once I finish this database repair so stay tuned. If anyone has any questions about the route or anything now is the time. :)

Yes of course after all his model is the exact one that is preserved at IRM. Now when I release the route anything rolling stock or locomotives will be left out because there is no need for them to be included with the route dependencys. You will have to add them in for sessions.

Hi everyone I got some work done but not as much as I wanted to do today because of that database repair stop me but I got some more track work done today, more will happen later tonight after I get off work.

Someone is making the 101? 101 is my favourite US steam locomotive. I am looking very forward to this route and love to see as it progresses.

I plan on having trainboi1 on making the 101 yes but don't expect a quick release on that because he is busy with other projects at the moment

Plus I would also like to point out while I do say this DEM is making me make great progress on the track work, the sad part is that the Google Map imagery used for the DEM is not up to date as I would like, Because the one thing about IRM is that they are alway expanding and on my last trip I noticed 3 new sites of progress thats not yet present on the google map imagery. (Note these are my photos below)

First off is this little switch that was added in the yard that will eventually be Barn 15

Next is that next to the Barn 15 track is the new track work that will be the new extension to the trolley loop at the far end of the museum property (this will require a switch further back for both the Yard/Barn 15 track and Extended Trolley Loop.

Last is the new set of tracks that are part of the new extension that will go down Central Ave and cross over the current trolley loop/Barn 9 switch and will connect with the tracks in front of Barn 4 when finished.

Thankfully this will not be a massive issue for me since the new track work (With the exception of the new trolley loop) is nothing more than adding a new switch or two but the Trolley Loop will be a bit tricky since unfortunately right now most of areas that will cover the new trolley loop are mostly just grass. I will have to see what happens over the winter because if I finish the route before the new track work is complete I will just update the route then but if they finish the extension before I finish the route I will see if I can get my DEM guy can work something out (once a new updated overview of IRM becomes available). But in the meantime until then I will just continue working on the route as normal.

Museum Track work is complete with the exception of the two new tracks in Yard/Barn 15, and the switch for Yard 15 and New Trolley Loop Extension, its now up to BDW1964 to finish the rest of the barns for me to do the final track work, its now time to do the mainline and after that it will be road work and then I will have to smooth out the track hight before I can add things like Trees and Textures (Since textures will be the last thing I will add because I want to place everything correctly before I cover up the Google map images)

I will also like to mention that this project is not just for the benefit of me and my team, this route main goal is for the general public to enjoy the unique operations IRM has to offer to anyone and everyone, if you are local like me and make frequent visits or even volunteer there or for people who have yet to visit IRM or live to far away to visit, this is to tide you down until you visit IRM and this route is mainly going to be dedicated to the hard working me and women who volunteer their hard working efforts to keep this museum running. :)

Well track work is the easy bit, the real challenge will be leveling out the terrain and then after that the placement of the overhead wire will also be a real big pain but I expect everything else I will be doing (from placing scenery, and trees to the ground texturing and etc...) will be done extremely quickly. I also just finished track work on the mainline so now all track work is complete for the route (with a few small exceptions).

Here is an update on Barn #4. The barn is complete, all that is left is the inner lighting and the night mode lighting. Should be done sometime tomorrow.
