The long and winding Route and other works by EPO

The Sommer-Holidays are over. Now I have more Time to work on my L.A.W.Route.

I am a great Fan from the Architects Frank Lloyd Wright, Corbusier and Mies van der Rohe. That is the reason i had the great Wish to show a Model of the Fallingwater House in Pennsylvania in my Route. Frank Lloyd Wright is especially my favourite Architect from these Three.

Dinorius_redundicus has made it possible. He built the great Architectur Monument for Trainz. Thank you Deane:).
And here new Pictures from me with this great Fallingwater House:)

Nice Greetings

Terrific stuff, Epo, I love it. Beautifully done by both you and Deane. It reminds me of Phillip Johnson's complaint that when you were actually in the house, you couldn't see the water, but you could certainly hear it. All it did was make him want to pee.

Falling Water is in Trainz!?:udrool: My uncle is an architect and he was inspired to become one after seeing Falling Water. Spectacular home and I hope to see it in person one day.

I hope it shows up on the DLS.

I'm happy to have done Fallingwater for you. Including one false start with a payware model from Turbosquid, and learning to use 3DSMax on the run, this one took me nearly 3 months to do. We owe trainzer Lendorf a big thanks too, he helped find a much better (free) model to start with and gave me some good tuition on 3DSMax.

Just one question Epo; why does everything look better on your computer than on mine - even my own creations?

And to Dave (Thai1on) yes, it will be on the DLS soon, possibly as early as tonight or tomorrow morning (3 Sept) if the servers don't crash again.

Might have something to do with post processing. I like how Epo presents his screenshots, it's apparent much thought and effort went into each one.

more Architecture... I have added the Robie House from the Architect Frank Lloyd Wright in my L.A.W.Route:). This House Model for Trainz has built by PerRock. Thanks!

Epo, I must say your modeling portrays his work amazingly well. Not only the physical appeal, but it goes all the way down to the phenomenological characteristics of the design. I am currently working on a project where my precedent study is all Wright's work. You have done an amazing job.

the last Days i've worked at my L.A.W. Route Blue Coast Beach Segment. More Pictures coming soon...
