Probably not. Auran has stopped accepting them for about a year and a half now. I wish that they would let us upload our own, and regulate the avatars available through a voting process.

Hi All
We are not able to accept new avatars at this time, as the forums currently requires us to manually add them into the forum software. This requires a fair bit of time, which we current spend on essential work on our servers. We may look into other options in future, however this will still require us to implement them, which will still require time that currently is spent elsewhere on essential work.

OK. I was just curious. I've got a nice photo of CSX train I thought I would like to use as my avatar. I guess I could put this photo in my signature?

Even if they were taking submissions a photograph would not be accepted. Here are the posted rules on them:
There were some other rules back when they were taking them that said that they had to be train gifs; and be pointing in a certain direction (heading left I believe) and there were some others....CoC #18.3 said:
