larger map?

I just got TRS2006, though I did have the original Trainz.
I can't figure out how to make larger maps, and have been
trying everything that I can think of.
I think in the original Trainz, you could create blank maps, then
merge them. How do I do this with TRS2006?

Hello Microbuscity,
in surveyer you press "Topology" (the symbol in upper right corner),
then "Advanced"
then "extend"
and click on the edge of the map where you would like to
have an extension.

You mean add baseboards? Use the topology flyout, then advanced, then "Add Baseboard" or something.

The button is called extend (section) and then a baseboard is added if you click outside the edge of the existing baseboard.
