Sessions and Instruction Windows

I keep forgetting the Session Instructions after I've closed the window. I thought there was a keyboard key sequence to redisplay the instructions after you closed the window in Trains 2004.

What is the keyboard keys needed to redisplay a Sessions "Instruction Window" after you have closed it in Trains 2006?

If the author didn't put the capability in the session, then you can't get it back in a saved session. The problem is the script is only run once when you first start the session. A saved session starts up where you left off.
