Get the following error when installing Paintshed. Trainz installed Ok.
Seems to be nothing wrong with the PC as other games run Ok.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

For which version of Trainz is this for and have you tried asking your question in the appropriate forum for your Trainz version?

That explains it then.
All those links say I do not have access.
I am registered & logged on, it`s just that admin is too busy to clear my account, I presume this is something to do with the work needed since the old forum went kybosh.

Dave, it`s no good telling them to contact Helpdesk, I have done, more than once.
As my post above says, they are too busy at the present, I`ve been told they are trying to sort out other problems first, but they do know, and it will be sorted in due course.
We just have to wait.

He refers you to the helpdesk because they are the only ones that can do something about it. and as it maybe a surprised to know that other people have gotten their acc'ts approved by contacting them.

Peter, I have contacted them, and my post that you quote was what I was told by them.
