I just finished the rough skinning of these units. They have no weathering on them yet.

The mesh is not mine, it is SPORBUST's mesh. It's the closest mesh he has from the pictures I'm working with.

vonbane, try the MP or ATSF mesh. they dont have ditchlights:). i used the MP mesh for my FLS SD40-2's.

Thank you Nikos1. I had looked at the ATSF unit but not the MOPAC unit, I had forgotten about it :o. The ATSF has no ditch lights but does have the units on the roof (air conditioning???) that the Chessie pictures I'm working from don't have. The MOPAC doesn't have that and doesn't have the ditch lights as you pointed out.

I switched out the meshes with a minimal change to the nose.

Yellow dosnt weather. It bleaches out and becomes more white in color. Try using some ruff edged dab brushes with light opacitys and alpha mask layer maps.
