More CMP questions?

I almost feel like I am abusing this system with all of my questions but here I go again. Ocasionally my CMP fails to start properly and after a few moments the puter says the program is not responding...only sometimes. Most of the times it works great. Lately I Have gotten a message "server appears to be full, try again later. This goes on for hours. Does anyone know if this is actual or if an error is occuring? Thanks...John
