Just bought first class ticket - CMP Problems!

Hello everyone,
I am having lot's of trouble with the Content Manager Plus today.
I was downloading stuff without a first class ticket fine.

I decided to buy a ticket. I re-launched the cmp, went to download and it say s the servers are full. It says at the top I have a first class ticket.

Then, the whole program just freezes.

Can anyone help me?

Click Profile at the top left of this page
Your planet AURAN profile shows up in a pop-up window.
If you dont see your username and password (*******), click the ADMIN link on the left
Click the EDIT icon to the right of password
change the password to the same thing it was and SAVE (or OK, can't remember)
[Don't know if this step is required, but I did it for good measure]: retyped my first and last name -- for fun
Click SAVE at the bottom of the window.
Click LOGOUT at the top of the window, and re-enter username and password; set the login to AUTOMATIC.
Run CMP, clear DL queue, re-enter username and PW. Close and re-open CMP.
