Weather and Time

In TS09 I am working in Surveyor and change the time and weather so it is dark and raining. When I go for a test drive though the weather and time reverts to the default time (10:00 am) and fine weather? Am I doing something wrong or is this a fault? Any help appreciated

You have to set a rule to do it. The knobs in surveyor are just for previewing.

You can set the weather and time in 'Main menu / edit session / startup options.
