Hornsound Question

I created my own Hornsound for two of my locomotives. They play okay when INSIDE the cab, but I can't get the horn to work in the outside view. There's no sound at all when I push the horn button when I am OUTSIDE the loco... What am I doing wrong?

Make sure the horn is mono, not stereo.
