Hi patchy,

About the only way I can think of is try different bogeys. It looks like the bogey attachment point is too high for these bogeys, you can't change the height of the wagon unless you have the original mesh but different bogeys might have just a slightly different dimention from the attachment point to the bottom of the wheels.
