This is a route I've been working on for a while. It's based on a British enviorment. :) So far I've been starting to see the shape of the route, so I have an idea of what I'm doing. Looks pretty darn cold doesn't it?

I know most of the screenshots are (obviously) in Surveyor mode, but I just want it to have that "under construction" feel.

Here is Wayne. It's a large town with a station.

This is a rail junction. I put floating NO ENTRY signs there just for the fun of it. Oh but why are they there??

More coming.

No it's too pointless. :(

I doubt it will even work.

Well it's interesting anyway. I like the way you crossed the tracks...gave me some idea's of my own.

Nevermind what I said earlier. I felt bad after hearing some un-needed comments made by some members :(

ANYHOO... :D

Those no entry signs are there because of some blasphemous construction! They are blasting/digging out the hillside so track can be layed down.

And a cute little castle nearby.

Now that is very cool (in my opinion). And it works too! I've tested it! :D

I like the third shot. Nice track work. That loop looks good. Really crammed in there.

Hmmm, not sure about that one, i think it needs to be about 10x larger to keep the radius acceptable, looks to tight

although, what kind of trains were you thinking? LRVs would be find, but a normal commuter train, thats too tight

I tried the TGV train on that loop and it worked exellent, the cars weren't turning too tight nor going into each other. :D

A stadium with a view (all those yellow things on the waterfall over there are sound objects).

Nice shots, but they still look American rather than British. I like them though, especially the last one with the Capitol building.
Incidentally, did you know that when surveyors were building the main street up to the Des Moines Capitol building, they hadn't noticed that a heavy overnight rainfall had moved their wooden markers. Consequently, the street was built off-centre and so the Capitol appears to be trying to hide when viewed from the main street!

Nice pics
Best wishes,
