no track's

in the 5 routes iv'e downloaded, alot of the tracks are missing. can anyone help

As part of any route, there are other items to d/load, like scenery items, tracks, tunnels etc.

Make sure you d/load all necessary items for each route, not just the route itself. You get a list of what is required from the Download page (04) and/or CMP (06).
