There is a Tutorial on how to create a html page then link it using the display html rule, have a read and see if it helps.

I'm using trainz 2009 and I can't find the 'html assets' folder. Is this tutorial also for the 2009 version?

No. You would follow the instructions with CMP and forget the part about the 'html assets' folder, you will not find it.

You will have to go through CMP.
