or some other act of nature? Fired up my NEW pc only to find that my cities,industries,trees,backdrops were gone from my layout! Nothing left but the trains and the ground. Running 06' The disease has not affected built in layouts. Explain this one please. I'm affraid to wake up now.

was this a reinstall on a seperate machine? if so you need to move the folder called local.

06' has been on my new pc for about a month. Have been saving after each time i've built the route. Worked ok sat. but when i fired it up today....BOOM everything gone except for the ground and trains.

Seems like someone else had a similar problem and the solution was to delete the assets.tdx file and let it rebuild. Couldn't hurt to try it.
