when i place a platform in souvayor mode how do i make people show up and also the doors open on the train?

they dont open and there is no one there i just placed a plat form and added track

The platform has to be an interactive one, not all platforms are. In Surveyor, interactive platforms are denoted with the letters IND and a check mark, all in green.

The passenger cars must also be interactive to have working doors. Look for the IND icon.

You can make these platforms interactive by placing them over an invisible station. This will put the people on the platforms, but to make the coaches accept the people, your coaches need to be passenger-enabled.

With the invisible stations, you'll need to adjust the height of the splines so that they are just across the top of the platform. The tracks will need to connect ot the station to enble the trainz to stop at them otherwise they will ignore the station even if you tell them to stop there with the AI commands.
