layout texture problem

creating a route from scratch in 2009
putting a base texture down for the whole layout
click to place on all grids and only about 1/3 get texture
place the texture on one that didnt get it and one that did untextures

How many boards?

I did a similar thing but used the replacement gadget to replace the grid texture, that had to be done one board at a time. Not quite what you want.
