Trainz 2009: station in official screenshot?

hi, do you know what is the name of the 2009 station object that we saw in the official screen shot (http://www.ts2009.com/screenshots.php). i am trying to find it but must have missed it.

in addition to the sd40 loco and the new 2009 track i also noticed this highly detailed road (called Road 2L Highway in the Object Spline menu) Is this new road part of Trainz 2009 or was it in a older version. for those who have 2009, if you look close at the road you will see the realistic details. if this is a 2009 object i was wondering if they are more?
