station industry problem not working in tc1+2 like they used to

hi all
i am having a problem with that some of my stations and 1 industry are not live like they used to be after i had to reinstall tc 1+2

check pics please and advise what i am doing wrong

i have deleted them and reinstalled from a save disk

still the same problem

i hope somebody knows how to help me
