Faulty 1967 stock

I have downloaded Spanner's 1967 stock and the A coach (driving motor) was working but now it has stopped working because it is faulty:( . Here are the errors:
Warning: Compulsory tag 'mesh' was missing and has been set to default.
Warning: Compulsory tag 'mesh' was missing and has been set to default.
Error: The tag 'mesh' in container 'light2' is empty.
Error: The tag 'mesh' in container 'lights1' is empty.
Error: The tag 'mesh' in 'light2' must have a mesh file extension.
Error: The tag 'mesh' in 'lights1' must have a mesh file extension.

I don't know how to fix these but perhaps someone could. The B coach (non-driving motor) is working ok.
