Post modification images are, I believe, quite rare. The interiors also differed from the standard class 308 MBS', in so far as they were similar to that given to the class 310 MBS'.
While we are on rarity, are you able to find some interior photos and some cab photos on the Class 151, or do you know of any? I found some on the net ages ago, but I can't find them again.

Hello Dan, sorry, what do you mean - How dare you ???
Anyway, these piccys were done in TC3, so, I will take some shotz in TRS2004 over the weekend of all the MK1's and some of the Class 37's, and all the other recent new rolling stock, I have a thought that the MK1's looked a little faded, however, it could be my graphics card of course, I may get it changed to see if I can make these stand out a bit better....Stay tuned for some more screenies.....:hehe:

I've always wanted to post screenshots of 3 x Class 37's on a loaded 27 wagon Llanwern to Port Talbot Iron Ore train, so here they are, unfortunately, not on a South Wales layout, but, you can use your imagination......:hehe:
Thanks to Tom Young for the wagons and Pikka's reskinned 37's by tmz06003.

20011,20202,D8139 and 20118 cross a river with an empty cement train.
Is it possible, TMZ and the crew, to only have the white lights showing? I don't like the fact that the red ones light up as well.

Lined Black 5 44823 arrives with 5 BG coaches, on a parcels service.
For anyone who has downloaded the latest TC3 Black 5, please take note of the number and shedcode. Apart from 44823 here, most of them carry a 2E shedplate, and numbers which were actually allox to Northampton shed (big thanks for Paul Hobbs for doing that!)

There are no separate scripts at all with this 20, it is operated by the Auran built in lighting procedures which cannot be changed.
Are the red lights showing or is it just that glowing texture I made up?
Although there is a new class 20 being built, it doesn't make this one redundant, the two will, I'm sure work side by side (or nose to nose!) very successfully. I think it is worthwhile to be producing all the liveries possible on both versions really.

Usually this problem is solved when using the LocoLightingControlRule (LLCR) from Ibertrainz. Had the same problems with the NS 2200/2300 & 1600 loco`s. If you insert the rule and set the setting on 0.00 & 0.00 hours, you wil get the proper lighting.

Original post deleted. Anyone wanting or needing it http://web.ibertrainz.eu/secciones/rules.html
I have used the LLCR as it is built in to 2009 and I still have the same problem with the class 20's, I have set the light to only coming between 18:00 and 06:00 but all the front lights up like a xmas tree. I have also set the lights to come on during heavy snow only. and on a bright sunny day at 10:00 the front is lit up. Any further help would be appreciated :)

Hi ex,
Do I smell my WCL1 here? Ha ha....
Soon hope to put up Tabletop 2. It is finished, just waiting for Doms road links to come on the DS for the finishing touches.
Now I am back on Bristol Temple Meads, but have just discovered the MPD is far too long so plenty to do 'adjusting' it.

I think I know what may have caused that, at one point I was experimenting with an alpha to see if I could get rid of the boiler water tanks, however that didn't work. If you go to 283805:25265 and open the 25bitgrn.texture file, take out the line Alpha=25bitgrn.tga and that should sort it.
Let me know if it does and I'll issue a kuid2 revision, there are another couple of refinements I made to that reskin anyway to match the prototype as I photographed it at Shackerstone so it needs updated.

If I'm not mistaken then they are: DB Zacens Nacco, <kuid:143205:15222> made by Topae. You can get it at Trainzitalia under the Torsten collection section.

@ RitchieRails - They're on the DLS, search in the locomotives section, type in the word Freightliner and make sure you have the TRS2004 and Trainz boxes ticked.....
Some today from Tinsley Yard and the surrounding area in Sheffield, taken circa 1980, early morning, with some unusual clag.....:)

@Ex- Railwayman: Thanks for posting those shots of Tinsley, I've just downloaded the route on the strength of your screenies, and it is very impressive piece of work. At last I've somewhere to place those class 13 reskins (still trying to locate the hump on the map in amongst all of that yard though)!
Do you realise that Ben Dorsey loaded Tinsley depot building on the DLS; it has digholes for the pits though and can only be placed at an angle; alternatively 2 of our Finsbury Park depots back to back fit perfectly.
The double tracks need deleted and moved apart to fit the building though (FP and TI are both 33m x 131m 2 x FP or 1 x TI have these correct dimensions).

Most excellent shots fellas, what shed did you use there? A nice 6 door one I see, not Ish6?
It's Finsbury Park depot, on the DLS created by Greeni and myself for the Deltic Preservation Society London route.
The eastern region sheds were of an identical design, FP and TI are exactly the same width. Two FP sheds back to back are a couple of metres short of the exact length of TI.
Ben Dorsey has just built Tinsley depot, it is on the DLS also. Unfortunately it used digholes for the pits and cannot be rotated in position on your route or the digholes stick out the sides. I have mentioned this to Ben and asked him to release one without the digholes and attached track, and darken the windows. I'll let you know if he is willing to do this.
Thanks for a great route!

It's Finsbury Park depot, on the DLS created by Greeni and myself for the Deltic Preservation Society London route.Gosh is that still going on? It's been going slow for something like four years...The eastern region sheds were of an identical design, FP and TI are exactly the same width. Two FP sheds back to back are a couple of metres short of the exact length of TI.I'll have to check the length and how it fits on the layout. It ought to since you got it there.Ben Dorsey has just built Tinsley depot, it is on the DLS also. Unfortunately it used digholes for the pits and cannot be rotated in position on your route or the digholes stick out the sides. I have mentioned this to Ben and asked him to release one without the digholes and attached track, and darken the windows. I'll let you know if he is willing to do this.
Thanks for a great route!Hopefully Ben can oblige, great shame for the dighole. Can't even fit it on the one layout that has that precise shed on it ;) go figure, I'll have tests to run to see which ones matches best.
You're welcome, still working on it, slowly but surely.
tmz06003

@Captain Scarlett- I thought you'd be interested in these two views of the inside of the completed Finsbury Park depot:
http://img153.imageshack.us/img153/6539/locationfinsburypark001kc9.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/5996/locationfinsburypark004.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
Although the building on the DLS does not have any internal fittings, all of these are available separately on the DLS and I fitted the entire building out internally. Tinsley depot had a separating wall running along the middle and was effectively two depots, so the FP buildings are ideal.
The platforms were developed especially for this building by Greeni and myself, you can find them on the DLS under my username, named depot platform range. I used a class 40 to check for clearance, in reality this was very tight in the depot but with a bit of careful placing the fit is perfect.
The fluorescent lights are called light spline, these are fitted under the edge of the platforms as well as at roof level also.
The depot clock is optional, this one works and is by Saxham_Market.
Concrete slab 10m and 25m are fitted side by side to form the depot floor, one of these needs lowered by 0.01m to avoid texture flashing.
The pits are ash pit spline on the DLS, although they do not have a depth below ground level, the clever texturing makes them look as if they have!

WIP: Here is Brimington. On the left is the Chesterfield Canal, then the GCR Derbyshire Lines, then the River Rother, the Midland Mainline Old Road with the branch to Sheepbridge. The stand in the far left is of Ryecroft Farm former greyhound track which lasted until 1948 but still stands today. The agglomeration in the far right is Whittington Moor.
Sheepbridge and Brimington (GCR) station is in the centre of the screen with the cottage, cattle docks and (drive in) goods warehouse.
Not a cheaply rebranded DMU in sight.

Ah right- the snowploughs- I thought something looked different in that area as I mentioned, but it looked flat on your screenie due to the single coloured texturing. That explains it. Hopefully this is an attachment that can be added/removed in the config?

Actually, I intend to remove it from release, unless you want me to be totally flexible and add meshes to replace meshes that aren't necessarily there.
I did try the sprinter bogies, but the wheel diamater maybe smaller and the frame lower (the car body would probably be 10cm higher in reality!), so wouldn't be possible.

Nice reskin of the 60 there Communist; I'd advise you to download the version that will be on the DLS shortly and drop your graphics in there, as I can see various bits missing off your mesh there!
As announced on UK Trainz I will be loading several reskin templates set up to either produce a selection of numbers or a single number in surveyor, these will also be set up so the body-texture asset, main loco and script are all in harmony. Pick whichever suits your reskin best.
Remember that anyone skinning the 60 for release will need permission from Andy (GreatEastern) and myself if any of my graphics have been used.

I use Photoshop 5 (the version before CS1)
All you do is use the magnetic lasso tool to highlight around the train, then when you've highlighted the part you want to blur you go into the filter menu, then go into blur, then select motion blur. Then you apply your wanted settings then you've applied the effect

So I was right in the first place. Hence the question "any new news on the project".You asked for the IC version and both the GNER and IC are available, I made no mention of 91.1 or .0. That subtle different is for anoraks; a 91's a 91 and Peter's got the livery you asked for.

Sometimes!
I think it's something to do with the image hosting provider I'm using (Picasa Web Albums - I only chose it because its where Blogger uploads to).
I've checked the original image links and all seemed to be working...regenerated the links and edited the post anyway...only to find that only the last one appeared when I committed it. Saved a local copy of the page (which worked fine) so I can only conclude that the forum software and Picasa don't like each other much!
Oh well.

Hello durhamlass,
If you want a good web site host for your screenshots have a look at the thread I started awhile back on here - http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?t=34966&highlight=hosting
At present I personally use http://imagehut.eu/ which is in both German and English, but, completely devoid of any advertising whatsoever and easy to use on here, especially with large-ish screenies, 1024x768, etc.

The only limit with Surveyor is your imagination.
How much ram do you have in your machine or what is the specs? TRS handles well on anything since about 2003 or so and has a decent graphics card. (About the 1.0Ghz CPU era, but that is REALLY stretching it! 1.0Ghz/256mb RAM and a very decent graphics card should be just about OK on minimun settings).

Hello kimmy,
That's funny, I was going to use your layout two bridges v2 for my demo screenies, but, as it's St. Paddys Day, decided on the Irish route instead......
That particular track was created by connyxy from Germany - you need 3 different kuid numbers - 69953:38107 / 38108 / 38109 all under the names DBtrackholz, DBtrack2holz and DBtrack2holzRost. They're all on the DLS, give us a shout if you have any other missing kuids as I have all the assets for this route downloaded, so can tell you what you need to look for....
Cheerz. ex.

It looks as though the lens is on the side and illuminating the rear of the carriage?

Strangely, no. It is white on both sides, the red light is where it should be, just there is no red lens at all.
It wasn't just the NSE rake this occurred on either, or just one type for that matter.

Very nice Ricardo. You just need to lift one or two of the railway workers out of the mud :)
Incidentally, where did you get those please, I've been out of touch with Trainz for months?

Greg - I do, but I've about thirty copies on different drives and at various stages and it's sending me nuts looking through them all for the best copy.
I'll get there and obviously bring you it on disc. :)
