nr Loco Download

G'Day to you all,
I have been trying to download the nr class loco , trs 2004 , kuid:60723:92 , but then I cannot find it anywhere in surveyor or either in Railyard or trainz objects...But if I try to download it again it does so instead of telling me that it has already been downloaded...
Is there a easy way for me to get this loco???:o

UPDATE...UPDATE...
I have tried bill's suggestions...nothing there..
When I look in the custom file I find that 2 files ..nr kuid 60723:92 plus nr bogie kuid 60723:5202 have a file size of 0 bytes...All the other bits and pisses are there ie.coronas etc with acceptable file sizes..The fact that as I stated previously I can download the nr over and over again would be because it sees the previous files downloaded as 0 bytes..
Who,what,why,how,when can I get it to download a file with something in it??:(

Thanks Bill..I've never disabled the antivirus scanner before and never had trouble downloading anything but of course there's always a first time...
Now to enable the scanner and see if I've picked up a disease from somewhere...:)

Hi umphies,

The easiest way to find it is Bring out your rollingstock tab in surveyor, Make sure all is selected in the two bottom panels. Click on the very top panel and hit delete, then type in NR in the top panel. If the search function does not find it there may be some missing dependencys.
Another way to find it in Trainzobjectz is select rollingstock then click on the column title panel "name" this will sort all item listed into alphabetical order.

Hi umphies,

Sounds like you have a corrupted download. To download it again you will have to delete the item from your downloads folder, you can do that through TrainzObjectZ if you have it. After deletion and before downloading again make sure you have your antivirus turned off. Antivirus programs are the usual cause of corrupt downloads.
