MapMaker Help

I am tring to use "MapMaker 3i" to build a layout in TRS2006 useing "Windows Vista" I have the Map's and Data installed in "MapMaker 3i",but when I try to use it all I get is the following message

"Run-time Error
*** Error 57, Attempt to read past end-of-file
004100a0 SELECTMAP [+037d]
00404170 GETBOARD [+04d5]
0040d080 MAPMAKER [+01ea] "

Can any one help?

I have been following the instructions as layed out.

It may be Vista as I have had a lot of trouble with Vista & TRS2006.
