Adding vehicles to a region

Can someone in the Trainz community tell me how to add more vehicles to roads? This is in addition to the ones already on the Road Splines, I am using TRS 2006 version 2.6 (Build 3337).

Do a search on the forum. This has been explained many times. I'd search using the keywords, Vehicles, Region, Add.
